The Frank & Seder Building is in the center of this picture. The Albert's (Frank & Seder Co. Building) on the right, and the Valpey Building on the left. The Frank & Seder clothing store once occupied major parts of all three buildings.
The Frank and Seder ghost sign can still be seen on the North wall of the building.
