The full building historic restoration which was completed in 2017, was paired with the newest and the most state-of-the-art mechanicals, build-outs and comforts, and is now the headquarters to Marxmoda.
A denticulate entablature separated the fourth floor attic story from the floors below. The fourth floor windows are double hung and grouped in twos, separated by allegorical reliefs of wealth and security. The roof-line is emphasized by a parapet incised with decorative detailing.
