The Martin A. Edwards House, also known as the Clifford Elliot House, is located at 305 Eliot Street in Detroit’s Brush Park Historic District. Designed by the architectural firm Donaldson & Meier, it was completed in 1899. Commissioned by Martin A. Edwards, the house showcases the craftsmanship and design sophistication associated with Donaldson & Meier’s early residential work. On January 23, 1980, the property was officially designated as part of the Brush Park Local Historic District, recognizing its historical and architectural significance within one of Detroit’s most notable neighborhoods.
