Joseph Marpoom House

The Joseph Marpoom House, located at 258 Eliot Street in Detroit’s Brush Park Historic District, was designed by the architectural firm Baxter & O’Dell and completed in 1907. The property was officially designated as part of the Brush Park Local Historic District on January 23, 1980, recognizing its architectural and cultural significance within one of Detroit’s most notable historic neighborhoods.
