In 1905, Albert Kahn designed the John F. Brush House at 1410 Iroquois St. in Detroit's Indian Village neighborhood. Kahn also designed a 1915 addition to the house.

This residence was one of three similar designs by Kahn for the Cook Farm Co., with the others located at 1411 and 1424 Iroquois St.
