Henry P. Baldwin II House (295 East Ferry Avenue)

The Henry P. Baldwin II Residence on East Ferry Avenue was built in 1893 in the Colonial Revival style and designed by John Scott & Co., architects. The asymmetrical, two-and-one-half-story brick house features a high hip roof, a bowed front bay window, an arcaded recessed corner entrance porch, and broken-pediment dormers. Henry P. Baldwin II was the son of a governor and a boot and shoe manufacturer.
