The F. Howard Russ Jr. House, at 131 Arden Park Boulevard, is a historic residence in Detroit’s Arden Park–East Boston Historic District. Designed by Goossen & Feldmann, the house dates to the neighborhood’s early development as one of Detroit’s prestigious residential enclaves. The district is known for its large architect-designed homes built for many of the city’s prominent families.
