The Edwin W. Gregory House, located at 314 Eliot St. in Detroit’s Brush Park Historic District, was designed by architect Edwin W. Gregory and completed in 1909. On Jan. 23, 1980, the property was designated as part of the Brush Park Local Historic District, recognizing its architectural and historical importance within what was once one of Detroit’s most distinguished historic neighborhoods.
