Historic Detroit

Every building in Detroit has a story — we're here to share it

Dr. Otto Lang House

The Dr. Otto Lang House, located at 324 Eliot St. in Detroit’s Brush Park Historic District, was designed by architect Edwin W. Gregory and completed in 1909. On Jan. 23, 1980, the property was officially designated as part of the Brush Park Local Historic District, recognizing its historical and architectural significance within one of Detroit’s most important historic neighborhoods. Sadly, much of the surrounding neighborhood wouldn't survive, despite the designation.
