Bingley Fales House (1771 Seminole)

Designed by Chittenden & Kotting for Bingley Fales, a lawyer and assistant general manager of the Edison Illuminating Co.

At 15,000 square feet, it is the largest home in Indian Village and features 10 bedrooms, five full baths and two half-baths and sits on 2 acres. The wings on each side of the house are later additions.
